Baby Fence

Pool safety goes beyond what happens when everyone is in the pool. Pool safety is most important when no one is around to guard the pool. Baby fences with strong gates and locks are your best protection for monitoring pool safety when there is no one around.

Children seek water out like it is their job. They are intrigued by the unknown and when they see a pool (especially one with toys in and around it) they are drawn to the pool.

Children under the age of 5 years old lack the ability to reason logic. They do not understand danger and will attempt to do things without understanding the end result of consequence. A fence or gate with a secure lock around the pool will help children understand to STOP and wait for an adult.

Children over the age of 3 years old usually respond to "sequence directions" (ie - 'You have to stop at the gate and wait for Mommy or Daddy to let you in. Then, Mommy and Daddy can take you to the pool and you can play'). Children under the age of 3 years old do not respond to any form of directions and must be monitored at all times to prevent serious injury or assault. Fencing for pool safety is something that takes time and is an investment to your family and your property.

If you are going to have a pool and you have small children living in or around your house, it is the logical next step after putting in a pool. Don't wait until it is too late! Install a baby fence!
